The hotel was right in centre just 2inutes walk from puerta del sol.Bed was really comfy .very clean.Sergio who manned the reception counter was a lovely smiling gentleman very attentive to customers needs at all times. Hotel is very eco friendly water is contained in fully reusable biodegrade cartons .all bathroom accessories are ecofreindly too. Hotel is 2 minutes walk from taxistand great for your return trip. Also very central to Gran Via for your shopping. Great place for restaurants, bars too. The hotel restaurant situated at top floor is a lovely loft kept very clean and again uses recycled wood for tables . Waitresdong staff Patricia and Tracey were lovely friendly ladies always cleaning ensuring buffet is fully stocked at all times for breakfast as well as the small corner kept for late nitecaps was always stocked. We look forward to a future stop at this hotel.

The hotel was in an ideal location to see the sights of Madrid. The staff were so friendly and nothing was to much trouble. If you needed anything or wanted to know anything it was done and sorted immediately. The room was comfortable and a great view from the balcony of the city, the bed was comfortable and well needed after a long day of exploring. The shower with superb with side message jets great for aching backs after a day's walking around the city. Importantly it was a fantastic price for the location of the hotel! Would sincerely recommend the hotel and there are many others from the same company around the city. Ideal for couples and families who want to spend a few days in a wonderful city as Madrid.

The hotel is in the central area of Madrid, being accessible to all the attractions of this metropolis either on foot or by metro or local train, which have very close stations (approx. 200 meters away is the station for the train to the great Antocha station, directly connected to the airport) . The hotel, although small, is chic, my room was a large one, with all the facilities for a comfortable stay (including, for example, an iron), with a huge bathroom, fully equipped. A special mention about the staff, always smiling, kind, which made our stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was faultless, generous, for the most diverse tastes. Nothing to complain about!

The location is amazing, it was located only one block from Puerta del Sol, and everything is within walking distance. When we arrived there was no electricity but the person in the front desk handled the situation with professionalism and made the check in prosses easy and smooth and then he checked on us to see if everything was ok. The building is old so there are tiny things like the toilet seat was peeling, but everything was clean, spotless. Our room was in front of the main street but you won't hear the noise on the street. I travelled with my mom and we were delighted

In the city centre, close to the palace and many sights. There's a metro station ~5 minutes from the place as well. The room was clean and comfortable, despite being in the centre we didn't hear much of the noise from outside. Also, this was the first hotel in Spain where I could eat some fresh vegetables with my breakfast. Our flight was in the evening so we could leave our luggage in the hotel's luggage room, that was extra convenient as we were mostly in the city center and didn't have to worry about leaving our stuff in an unfamiliar place.
